Acheteur vérifiéJ’ai acheté le pack. Les plus : il mousse bien et on a plein de savon à chaque lavage. Il sent bon. Il prend moins de place sur le rebord de la salle de bain. Les moins : la couleur bleue laisse une trace bien visible sur le carrelage si on ne le remet pas dans son étui. J’aime aussi utiliser une éponge exfoliante, et il est parfois plus simple d’y verser un gel douche classique.

Will it arrive in time?
Orders to Belgium and the Netherlands arrive in 1-3 working days. For Sinterklaas and Christmas, order by the dates at the top of this page and you're on the safe side.
Can I add a personal message?
Yes! When you click Checkout, type your message in the box. We write it on the card that comes with the gift.
Can you send it straight to them?
Yes. At checkout, fill in their name and address as the delivery address. The order confirmation still goes to you.
Is the price in the parcel?
No. There is no price on anything inside the parcel, so it's ready to give.
What if they'd prefer the other scent?
They can swap it for the other scent for free. Just send us a message.
Can they really use one bar on hair, body and face?
Yes, that's the big plus! One bar for hair, body and face, so one bar instead of three bottles.
It is pH balanced and made for all hair types, including curls.
On the face, go gently and keep it out of the eyes. Minty Cactus has menthol in it, so expect a cool tingle!
Are Rinsed™ bars "classic" soap bars?
No, Rinsed is not a soap bar.
Instead of saponified oils, we use Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate, a coconut-derived ingredient that makes our bars creamy and foamy. Bars like this are called syndet bars.
What if they have sensitive skin?
We chose mild ingredients such as glycerin, aloe vera and panthenol.
Both bars contain fragrance (parfum) and Minty Cactus also contains menthol. If their skin is sensitive, they can try it on a small patch first, and stop using it if their skin gets irritated.
Are your bars vegan?
Yes, our bars are 100% vegan and animal-cruelty free.
How long does 1 bar last?
Most people get somewhere between 30 and 60 washes from one bar.
It depends on how often they wash and on how they store the bar.
How much does shipping cost?
The Gift Kit ships free to Belgium and the Netherlands.
Our parcels fit in the mailbox, so nobody has to be home to receive them!
Count 1-3 working days to receive the order.
What if they don't like it?
Send it back within 30 days and we'll refund you, no questions asked!
It does need to be unused. We cannot resell a bar that has already been in someone's shower.
