Terms of Service (Rinsed™)

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of the RINSED™ website and to purchases made through our webshop. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2) Orders, pricing & payment
Placing an order: When you place an order, you make an offer to buy the products in your cart.
Order confirmation: An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order; the contract is concluded when we confirm shipment (shipping confirmation).
Pricing: Prices shown at checkout apply to your order; obvious pricing errors may lead to cancellation and refund.
Payment: Payment is due at checkout via the available payment methods.
3) Shipping, delivery & risk (Netherlands/EU)
Delivery time: We deliver within 30 days unless a different delivery period is agreed at checkout.
Risk: We are responsible for loss or damage until you (or someone you designate) actually receive the goods.
Delays: If we fail to deliver on time, you may be entitled to cancel the purchase and receive a refund in line with applicable consumer law.
4) Right of withdrawal (cooling‑off period)
If you are a consumer (not buying in the course of business), you generally have a legal right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. For goods, this period typically starts the day you (or a third party you nominate) receive the product.
Effects of withdrawal
Refund amount: If you withdraw, we refund the purchase price and the standard outbound delivery costs (if any).
Refund timing: We refund within 14 days after you notify us of withdrawal; we may wait until we have received the goods back or you provide proof you sent them.
Return shipping: We pay the direct cost of returning the goods.
Condition of returned goods
You may inspect products as you would in a store, but you may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods.
How to exercise the right of withdrawal
Email alexandre(at)wearerinsed.com within 14 days of receiving your order stating you want to withdraw and include your order number. (You can simply say: “I hereby withdraw from my purchase, order number ____.”)
5) Returns beyond the legal withdrawal right
We also accept returns under our Refund & Returns Policy (for example, unused/unopened returns within the stated timeframe). If there is any conflict between that policy and mandatory consumer law, consumer law prevails.
6) Product information & use (personal care)
Product descriptions and photos are provided for general information and may vary slightly by batch/packaging.
For external use only unless clearly stated otherwise; stop use if irritation occurs.
Check ingredients before use if you have allergies or sensitivities.
7) Intellectual property
All website content, branding, and product names/logos are owned by or licensed to RINSED™ and may not be used without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing/printing.
8) Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including under applicable Dutch/EU consumer law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9) Privacy
Your use of our site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
10) Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Where you are a consumer in the EU, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.
