Definitely! Our bars are made for all hair types, including curls.
The formula is pH-balanced, with conditioning ingredients such as jojoba oil, aloe vera and panthenol (pro-vitamin B5).

Cons: the blue colour does leave a distinct colour on the tiles if not put back in the case. Also I like to use a body scrubber so it is sometimes easier to squirt conventional shower gel on this

Is Minty Cactus a "classic" soap bar?
No, Rinsed is not exactly a soap bar.
Instead of using saponified oils, we use Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate, a coconut-derived ingredient making our bars creamy and foamy.
That difference shows up in hard water. Soap based bars react with the calcium in hard water and leave a fine film behind, which leaves your hair feeling waxy or greasy.
Our bars - called syndet bars - don't have that effect and are developed to leave your hair feeling smooth and easy to comb through.
Can I really use one bar on my hair, body and face?
Yes, that's the big plus! One bar for hair, body and face, so you carry one bar instead of three bottles.
It is pH balanced and made for all hair types, including curls. We added jojoba oil, aloe vera and panthenol (pro-vitamin B5) in the mix to keep it nice and nourishing.
On your face, go gently and keep it out of your eyes. Minty Cactus has menthol in it, so expect a cool tingle!
Do I still need conditioner?
Plenty of people stop using one.
If your hair is long, thick, curly or coloured, you may still want your usual conditioner afterwards, and that is completely fine.
It changes nothing about how the bar works!
Will this bar make my hair feel waxy?
Unlikely! Our 3-in-1 bars are syndet bars, meaning they don't contain saponified oils, which are usually the cause of greasy and waxy-feeling hair.
Can I use this bar if I have sensitive skin?
We chose mild ingredients such as glycerin, jojoba oil, aloe vera and panthenol.
Minty Cactus contains fragrance (parfum) and menthol, so if your skin is sensitive or you know you react to fragrances, try it on a small patch of skin first. If your skin gets irritated, stop using it.
Are your bars vegan?
Yes, our bars are 100% vegan and animal-cruelty free.
How do I use this bar?
Wet your hair, rub the bar over it a few times or work up a lather in your hands, then wash the way you always do!
Rinse it out properly, then stand the bar somewhere it can dry between showers.
Easy peasy.
How long does 1 bar last?
Most people get somewhere between 30 and 60 washes from one bar.
It depends on how often you wash your hair (every day or a few times a week) and on how you store the bar.
Let it dry between uses and keep it out of the shower spray.
Does this bar work in hard water?
Most of the Netherlands and Belgium has hard water, which simply means the water carries a lot of dissolved calcium and magnesium.
Hard water is what makes traditional soap based bars leave your hair feeling waxy and greasy.
Minty Cactus is a syndet bar, so it does not produce that effect!
